<div align="justify"><font face="book antiqua,palatino" size="3">Built in 1905, for the Estrugamou family with exquisite materials (such as oak windows and doors, oak floors, hand crafted joinery, iron lacework, glass and crystal stained panels, elaborate fireplaces, marble, ceramics, etc) imported to Argentina exclusively from Italy and France, all of which still today can be found in an excellent state of preservation.</font><br /></div>
